On request, we produce small series of prototypes in quantities of more than 100. Innovative clamping systems for machining and a high degree of automation make higher quantities no problem. We make sure that every product leaving our facility is of consistently high quality.
Customised production
We produce your prototypes to a high standard, flexibly and reliably. Your needs come first, and we have the capacity to meet your requirements. In addition to prototypes made of aluminium or plastic, we also produce assemblies that combine both materials – and we are as flexible in the choice of materials as in the scope of production.
We carry out regular process and quality checks to ensure consistently high quality. Our inspection equipment includes an X-ray inspection system, laser spectral analysis and a FARO measuring arm, so we can test prototypes for quality and compliance with requirements in-house.
We love individual solutions – no order is too unusual for us. We produce your prototypes exactly as you need them while keeping tooling and pattern costs as low as possible. We reduce one-off costs through efficient manufacturing strategies, for example reversible moulds or 3D-printed sand boxes. This lets us produce even the smallest quantities cost-effectively.
Your requirements change? We adapt at short notice – whether you need more or fewer parts. Partial deliveries and precise batch sizing keep your development running. Agile processes and a high degree of automation make it easy to adjust your order in terms of quantity or product size.
