CNC machining

We machine sand castings and vacuum castings on modern 5-axis machining centres. This also allows us to offer milling from solid material.

Since 2020 we have operated a robot cell with 135 storage positions for automatic machine loading. To increase quality, our prototype production is fully standardised for automation. Our machines are networked with our tool management, CAM and ERP systems and are centrally monitored by quality assurance. We use precise and reliable milling machines from GF Machining Solutions, each with special functions whose interplay allows optimal machining of your parts.
