Further processing

Nothing is impossible – which is why we work with external service providers when needed, to extend our range of expertise and adapt it to your enquiry. This allows us to scale beyond our in-house capabilities.

Whether larger parts, coatings or post-treatments – we have partners to help us realise your ideas. When selecting and working with them, we pay attention not only to quality and punctuality: we understand how sensitive information about prototypes is and place great value on the security and confidentiality of your data.

Surface treatment

We produce your prototypes from plastic or aluminium. Our portfolio covers all technologies for optimising the surface properties of your prototypes, so we can adapt surfaces to your specific requirements – from visual characteristics to barrier and protective functions and interaction properties.

Heat treatment

We offer a wide range of processes to set the technological properties of the material. Heat treatment is decisive for the cost-effectiveness of a prototype, as important functions can only be ensured with correct treatment. To guarantee the right quality, we use processes such as stress-relief annealing, normalising or hardening – for aluminium castings, for example, the heat treatments T6, T64 and T7.

We heat-treat our aluminium castings in-house. This allows us to straighten every part very precisely immediately after solution annealing – ensuring optimal alignment for machining and reducing the required machining allowance.
