Quality assurance

We believe that quality starts with planning and is created by qualified people. To meet our and your quality standards, we use the measuring techniques listed below to monitor processes and inspect products – continuously and in consultation with you. Depending on the scope and requirements of the project, we carry out 100 % measurements, sample measurements or check measurements and document them.

We have the following techniques at our disposal:

  • X-ray inspection system
  • Spectral analysis of the alloys with a laser emission spectrometer
  • Tensile testing – regular tensile specimens (form B5-30) during ongoing production
  • Hardness tester
  • FARO measuring arm

Process control and quality management

With our certification to DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN EN ISO 9001 – and the growing internal transparency of our production – we have developed a very efficient interface to our customers.
In 2020 we comprehensively reworked our management into digital project control. It is based on quality management software linked to our ERP system, which lets us organise and monitor control tasks, monitoring functions and the coordination of results across all areas.

Quality management to DIN ISO 9001

DIN ISO 9001 is the most widely used quality management certification, nationally and internationally. It certifies compliance with the minimum requirements for quality assurance systems – above all the optimisation of processes so that customer requirements are met in the best possible way.

Environmental management to DIN ISO 14001

The aim of DIN ISO 14001 certification is to promote environmental protection and reduce the environmental impact of business activities. The certificate is recognised worldwide and aims to make many aspects of business more sustainable – for example optimal, sustainable use of resources, training employees in environmental management, and identifying and eliminating sources of error and risks that endanger the environment.
