Data processing

Digital processing and use of product data offer many advantages when producing individual parts. You benefit directly from digital tools that optimise the manufacturing process, especially by avoiding costs caused by inefficiencies. We know how to turn your ideas into prototypes and small series simply, cost-effectively, on time and in excellent quality.

In our field of business, we are often dealing with the very first realisation of a product in the development process, so we are well aware of how sensitive your data is. We are set up so that the core manufacturing process can take place entirely in-house. This keeps the sharing of your data to a minimum and makes data protection straightforward. For enquiries that exceed our capacities, we work with selected partners.

Our technologies

We use the following processes to support and safeguard a high-quality production process:

Aluminium casting on a technical drawing

CAD CAM

By introducing complete PC-based programming and subsequent 3D simulation of all operations, we have developed a very efficient and reliable way of producing.
Since 2020, our ERP system has been the main tool for digital project control. Combined with paperless working and tool management software, our processes are optimally controlled and planned.

Casting simulation

Because we can simulate casting processes, we can run the planned process virtually in advance. This ensures very high process reliability and gives us certainty about the duration and course of the casting – without costly trials.

Laser scanning

We can also reproduce parts that only exist in physical form. Using a laser scanner, we convert your original part into a detailed digital 3D model, which we can then reproduce to your specifications.
