Thanks to our broad set-up, we produce your ideas from aluminium alloys by sand casting, from plastics by vacuum casting, and as assemblies combining both materials. We use various additive processes and CNC milling machines to realise your ideas. Mechanical engineering is increasingly turning to aluminium: fast-moving machine parts made of cast aluminium are significantly lighter – enabling higher accelerations and more agile drives.
Medical applications demand the highest cleanliness in production, which we ensure through vacuum casting. This allows us to realise complex geometries, tight manufacturing tolerances and high surface quality. Our wide range of materials is ideal, among other things, for housings for medical applications.
